Subscription Terms
Paid access to KidMind
1. Operator and acceptance
1.1. These Subscription Terms are the offer of Aleksey Evgenyevich Chekunin, a self-employed individual (NPD) registered in the Russian Federation, TIN 774332566739 (the “Operator”), to an adult natural person (the “Customer”) to obtain paid access to KidMind.
1.2. Paying for a plan, or otherwise confirming a purchase on the Site, is acceptance of these Subscription Terms and forms a contract between you and the Operator. Use of the Site is also subject to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
1.3. The Operator is a natural person, not a company. These terms do not create a branch, shop or consumer establishment outside the Russian Federation.
2. The service
2.1. The Operator provides remote access to educational materials on the Site (stories, exercises and conversations) under a paid plan. This is a digital educational service, not a physical product and not a medical or psychological service.
2.2. Some introductory levels may be available without payment. Paid access covers further levels and features described at checkout and on the pricing section of KidMind.
2.3. We do not guarantee that your child will achieve any particular result.
3. Plans and prices
3.1. For users of this English-language version, the standard prices are:
- USD 9.99 for one month of access;
- USD 79.99 for one year of access.
3.2. The amount you pay is the amount shown at checkout before you confirm. We may run promotions or accept promo codes that change the amount for that purchase only.
3.3. The Operator is not a VAT payer under the Russian professional-income-tax regime. We do not add a separate tax line unless a payment provider is required by law to do so at checkout. If a provider adds a fee or tax, it will be visible before you pay.
3.4. Prices on other language versions of the Site (for example, prices in Russian rubles) do not apply to purchases made under these Subscription Terms.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment is made in non-cash form through a licensed payment provider. The Operator does not store full card numbers. The provider’s name is shown at checkout. Providers may change.
4.2. Payments in Russian rubles, when offered, are processed by YooKassa (yookassa.ru) or a successor provider. Payments in other currencies are processed by the provider named at checkout, if and when that checkout is available.
4.3. There is no automatic renewal at this time. A successful payment opens access for the period you bought (one month or one year). When that period ends, access to paid materials stops unless you buy again. We will not take another payment unless you make a new purchase or, if auto-renewal is introduced later, you have given a separate, informed consent.
4.4. Checkout may require a verified email address or a Telegram-linked account. We may decline a payment we cannot complete, including where a provider refuses it.
4.5. If we cannot lawfully provide the service in your country, we may cancel the purchase and refund the amount received.
5. Cancellation and access period
5.1. You may cancel further use at any time. Cancellation does not by itself end access that you have already paid for: access continues until the end of the paid period, unless a refund is issued under section 6.
5.2. If auto-renewal is introduced later and you have consented to it, cancellation stops the next renewal and does not claw back the current period.
6. Refunds
6.1. You may ask for a refund of the amount paid for the current period within 7 calendar days of payment by writing to alexey.chekunin@gmail.com from the email address on the account.
6.2. That 7-day period is our standard policy. It does not take away mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or a similar jurisdiction that grants a longer cooling-off period for distance contracts (for example, 14 days), you may use that longer period to the extent the law requires.
6.3. KidMind is digital content supplied immediately. If the law of your country allows a cooling-off right to be lost once digital content or a digital service has begun, that right is lost when you request and begin using paid access, to the extent the law allows. We will not rely on that exception to shorten a right that the law says you keep.
6.4. Refunds are sent by the same method as the original payment where the provider allows it. Processing time depends on the provider and your bank.
6.5. After the applicable refund period, we do not refund unused time, except where mandatory law requires it or we choose to as a gesture of goodwill.
7. Changes to the service and prices
7.1. We may change prices and plan features. A change applies to new purchases. It does not change the period you have already paid for.
7.2. We may update these Subscription Terms by publishing a new version on the Site. The new version applies from publication, for purchases made after that moment.
7.3. We may pause the Site for maintenance or legal reasons. A short interruption is not a ground for a refund of the whole period.
8. Liability
8.1. Section 9 of the Terms of Use (limitation of liability) applies to these Subscription Terms.
8.2. We are not responsible for a failure to provide access that is caused by inaccurate account data, your internet connection, your device, or a refusal by a payment provider.
9. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for a failure to perform that is caused by circumstances beyond that party’s reasonable control, including outages of infrastructure, payment networks, or legal restrictions, that could not reasonably have been prevented.
10. Governing law
Section 11 of the Terms of Use (governing law and disputes) applies. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain in force where they cannot be waived.
